Strict adherence to these policies will help assure a pleasant experience for all our guests.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and will not share your email address or personal information with anyone.
Cancellation Policy
Other than for corporate rates, holidays and special events, we have a one week cancellation policy, with a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than one week before your reserved day, you will be responsible for payment, unless the room can be re-rented. Carriage ride fees cannot be refunded, and there is a $25 cancellation fee for the massages or special dinners if canceled after they have been scheduled. CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED WHEN LEFT BY VOICE MAIL. Only emails and calls made personally to the innkeeper will be recognized for cancellation.
Check in and Check out
Check in is from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. Check out is by 11:00 a.m. Please note that for the smooth operation of our inn and the comfort of our guests, we must insist that any other arrival or departure times be agreed upon prior to your arrival. We will try to accommodate requests for early check in, however, there is a $25 fee for each additional hour requested.
Deposit
A deposit equal to your first night's stay will be required at the time of your reservation.
Smoking
We are a smoke-free property, although you may enjoy smoking on our rear balcony or patio only. Please note that if you smoke inside the Mansion, you will be subject to a $250 smoking surcharge.
Room Occupancy
We have a two person per room maximum, to which we strictly adhere.
Children and Pets
We're sorry, but as much as we love them both, we cannot accommodate either children or pets at The Fleur-de-Lys Mansion.
